Human life has lot of ups and downs. Nobody knows when and how it will be ended. Life has its own way. However during normal course of life everybody face detour. It can be said that these detours are fate. Detours are predefined way in which a man is forced to go. No control on it. Only rules of nature can influence on it. What is rules of nature? Nature flows with systemic approach. Sunrise, sunset, breeze, tides etc. The things in nature which does not follow systemic approach is called chaos. Volcano, accident, sunspot, weather has chaotic approach. Their rule is not known to us. However they also have a rule. Its called chaos rule. Crisis is a detour of human life. Most of the time we don’t know how to eliminate it. Mind is a part of nature. It follows rules of nature. Nature does not permit anxiety, tension, depression , frustration, feelings of bad, negative thought, anger. Nature only accept calmness of mind.
